Thurs. 6.22.06 (Cheat Day!)

mushroom burger (sooooo not vegan, and boy do I feel fat!)

Rice Krispy Treat (can you believe this was actually my dinner? The family went out for BBQ and this was as close to vegan as I could get there).

Workout: 15 min on treadmill w/ incline, 15 on eliptical, 15 lifting weights (legs)
